Operation: "Beyond the
Console"
Each year, SCEC dispatchers
raise funds to help a selected
family at Christmas. This is a
tradition that has been ongoing
since 2001.
This year, dispatchers had a
drawing for one of three Santa
yard ornaments, each
constructed out of 3/4" plywood
and hand painted. One Santa
was a traditional Santa, one was a
KU Santa wearing the red and
blue colors, and the third was a
K-State Santa wearing his purple
pride. Dispatchers raised nearly
$300 for this years recipient.
The photos below show each
Santa with their winner.
